The Boat is built with simplicity in mind.  Simple means less issues.  That being said, we have very little warranty work, however in the unlikely event that you have an issue, we will work with a dealer local to you to have your concerns addressed.

Similar would be any issues with your Suzuki outboard.  Your closest authorized Suzuki Dealer can perform any necessary work.

HOW LONG WILL MY THATCHED TIKI ROOF LAST?

Our Tiki huts are wind and rain resistant and allow hot air to escape, providing cool shade during even the hottest months. Even with the extreme Florida weather of Hurricanes and scorching sun, you can expect your traditionally built roof on the 23'er to be in great shape for 5-7 years and with many roofs lasting past 10.  The Roof on the 26'er is Hurricane Rated synthetic Thatch

IS MY THATCHED ROOF FLAMMABLE?

On the 23'er A flame retardant is used to help keep you safe!  We suggest a fire retardant be reapplied every couple of years, its easy to do and will give you piece of mind when lighting up that grill for burgers!

On the 26'er the synthetic Thatch is made with a fire retardant composite material and no additional retardant needs to be applied.

HOW IS MY TIKI ROOF BUILT?

Local skilled artisans come directly to our factory and hand build each Tiki Roof using the traditional methods from the Seminole Indians of thatching that have borne the tests of time and hurricanes for decades before us.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOAT?

We request a 40% deposit when you place your order, followed by a 40% payment when your boat is in the construction phase and has been pulled from the mold, with the remaining 20% due about a week prior to shipping.  We accept personal and corporate checks as well as wire transfers.
